Here is a list of the room categories and rates: There are three (3) choices for rooms – but even they have different prices for different nights. These rates are for single or double occupancy plus 12% room tax (tax rate subject to change) per room, per night. A $3.36 per room, per night energy surcharge is inclusive of room tax. Add $10 charge for each additional adult over double occupancy to a maximum of four (4) adults per room.

Online Group Reservations Instructions

Thank you for choosing to book through the Peppermill Hotel Casino’s Online

Group Reservations System. This process is simple and will save valuable time!

Just follow the instructions below, whether booking for an individual, or your entire

group.

** Note: Special reservations involving suite upgrades, etc., as well as changes to

reservations (other than cancellations) must be done by calling our Reservations

Department at

1-800-648-6992.

To Book Reservations online:

1) Enter the URL http://www.peppermillreno.com/reservations

2) Type in your group code ANTA8 and click on the "GO" button

3) Type in your group password tattoo (please note, it is not case sensitive) and click on the "SUBMIT" button

4) Select your dates, room type, and fill out the personal information page. Be sure to fill out all applicable

information and click on the "SUBMIT" button one time

5) Be sure to print and save a copy of your Reservation Confirmation for your records.

**Please note: Guest's credit card will be charged for the first night when booking online.

To cancel an individual reservation via the Online Reservation System (at least 24 hours in advance):

1) Enter the URL http://www.peppermillreno.com/reservations

2) Click on the "RESERVATION INQUIRY"

3) Enter the last name, confirmation number, and arrival date of the reservation you wish to cancel

4) Click the "RETRIEVE RESERVATION" button

5) Review the information to confirm this is the correct reservation and click the "CANCEL RESERVATION"

button

6) Click on the "CONFIRM CALLCELLATION" button

7) Be sure to print and save a copy of your cancellation confirmation for your records

If guests wish to call the hotel directly, they may do so by calling our toll free number 1-800-648-6992 or locally

at 1-775-826-2121. Please instruct your attendees to identify themselves with (CODE: ANTA8). Please note

that all reservations requests must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or be guaranteed to a major

credit card. We understand that all individuals are responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges,

no shows will be charged for one night. Individuals may settle their personal account with cash or a major

credit card upon departure. Guests must be 21 years of age to make room reservations. Guests must

also be 21 years of age to check-in to a room. Valid identification is required upon check-in
